Follow-up, customer service and follow through. As a new business, we purchased and paid for over $38K worth of equipment over a month before it was to be delivered.... The refrigerator came in damaged, the mixing cart was scratched and damaged, the a display freezer was delivered with the doors 1” off, the blast freezer had no instruction manual or keys and the follow-up by Shawn regarding the replacement of the refrigerator was pathetic. Does not stand behind product once they have your money (up front I may add). I am posting as a warning to potential customers of Sessions Fixture Company before you buy. There are so many things to look at and buy, from cookie dough scoops, sheet pans, pizza ovens, bar stools, popcorn machines and all commercial lines of equipment. Stop buy and see the thousands of items they have to offer!
After shopping around for a couple of weeks I contacted Jack @ sessions. He had the coolers in stock that we needed , agreed on pricing, and delivery time.. DJ & Garrett came out to remove the old coolers and set up the new ones!! Great job! The guys were very polite, they did a great job! I will work w/ Sessions again. 5 ⭐️ Thank you

Bought all of my appliances for my food truck from Shawn. Above and beyond from start to finish. Customer service from everyone there was excellent. Will do all my business there and would recommend the same for anyone looking for cooking equipment or supplies. Thank you!
We purchased all of our items for our restaurant from small wares to cooking equipment, best customer service around, delivery was prompt and everyone that we deal with are always knowledgeable and are there for you after the sale.
