The stump removal (when it happened 2 weeks later) was fine but when I got the tree removed, undamaged items were tossed to the side. When I brought it up to management (after I paid because it was to inform not to get a discount) I was told I should have said it earlier and that "Therefore, we apologize that the furniture was not handled with the care you would’ve like, but it is clear that the damages were not incurred by their efforts to secure the worksite." Great team to have your trees trimmed. Appreciate the good cleanup too
I've used Sesmas twice to have trees removed. This last time Justin was able to, once again, beat other quotes. The crew worked quickly and left without a trace.
We are so happy that we went with Sesmes to trim and cut down some trees , they were professional on time and listen to requests. I can't thank Elaine and there team at Sesame enough. I will be using them for other services forsure.
