Contractors beware! They bring you in for multiple projects and do not pay their invoices. They will try and get you to lower the amount they owe and when you refuse they tell you - We're not paying . They are doing this to many contractors and if you want to get paid you will have to take them to court.
Filthiest place I've ever been , and the manager will tell you f you when he's blocking the gate and your trying to exit

Terrible place to load. Be prepared to sit and wait. I got here at 11:45 am and it is now 16:45 and I'm still waiting. Would leave zero stars if I could. Won't be back here!!
