Do not do the Gear upgrade with this shop. Alex installed gears 2-5 on my Integra and both 3rd and 4th gears failed and would not stay locked in gear. I waited over a month for him to call me back to repair 4th gear. After receiving my car back 3rd gear did the same thing and Alex said he would get me in to correct his error as soon as he could. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company or customer service. I ordered a vehicle part through their SES Electronics Website (Kill Switch Module) at premium price. Upon installation, my mechanic realized that I had received a module for a different vehicle so I immediately contacted them. They had no troubles recognizing that it was their mistake, and ideed had sent the wrong item.
