Scottie was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction, which he achieved. He found (and efficiently resolved) some major safety issues/fire hazards we did not even know existed. Additionally, he was patient and readily accessible. These attributes are hard to find. Flawless work, honest communication, and two of the nicest people you’ll ever hire. Scottie and Karen at SES Electrical went above and beyond for us. They installed a brand-new 200 amp panel with a transfer switch so my whole-house backup generator can keep everything running when the power goes out. We hired SES to help us install our Tesla Wall Connector at our home. As well as getting a permit for the work. Everything is super streamlined. From generating an estimate to payment, scheduling the actual install, permit submission and inspection. The communication with Scottie and his team was easy. Every step was well explained beforehand. Most importantly, we appreciate Scottie and his wife on their professionalism and the worksmanship!
