Ordered a mulching plug for my ride on and heard nothing for a week then finally emailed and was told that it was on back order and should be in in a day or 2, then heard nothing for a week again so emailed yet again, then only to be told that the supplier couldn't get it and that I would be refunded. I will never buy anything from SES direct again after such a disappointing interaction with them 0/10 will not recommend.
Purchased two items online and after 12 days of no news I called to find out the items hadn’t been dispatched. This was unfortunate as I needed these over the weekend (I ordered it on a Monday to allow time for this). I requested a refund
