Tony called me from this branch as my RRSP was maturing soon. He fit me into an appointment today, where I embarrassingly confessed my financial situation, needing this money. I was fully prepared to fill out the forms to declare Financial Hardship, but that's when Tony's manager came in. IF I could give a zero i would. Horrible service - highly incompetent - zero accountability. Branch manager needs to be replaced. No response to urgent emails. Please do not get a mortgage with these guys. I will save ypu th3 trouble and hassle
