An especially bad branch of Servus. Rude women.
Tony called me from this branch as my RRSP was maturing soon. He fit me into an appointment today, where I embarrassingly confessed my financial situation, needing this money. I was fully prepared to fill out the forms to declare Financial Hardship, but that's when Tony's manager came in. She recognized me from approaching the Servus tent at the Mela event Aug 9th, and asked if she could sit in on the appointment to help. IF I could give a zero i would. Horrible service - highly incompetent - zero accountability. Branch manager needs to be replaced. No response to urgent emails. Please do not get a mortgage with these guys. I will save ypu th3 trouble and hassle
