I'm currently dealing with Servus as a result of my mother's death. She left her RIF to me, which should be straight forward. Instead....they delay everything by telling me I have to talk to one of their financial advisors to speed up the payout. I have ZERO desire to bank with them. I have my own banks. Since I insisted on skipping their little sales pitch, I was told that getting the money will take longer. This is despicable! I will never deal with them or recommend them. They act like ambulance chasers.

ATM is supposed to be 24 hours and actually work. Nope. Almost ate my card and deposit. Told to go find another but Servus ATM’s are few and faaaarrrr apart. Who’s gonna pay for my gas?? Not taking this down until you guys fix your atm.

Since the merger, our local credit union has drastically gone downhill. SERVUS has implemented similar policies to BMO, TD, and CIBC. All nightmares to bank with. Our former Credit Union was 10X the financial institution. That said, my main concern is the well being of your employees. -The “at home call center” is trash. Put the employees back in the branch. The branch was fully capable of answering the phone. -Another side effect or removing the tellers - lineups. They were never a problem before Servus pulled staff out of ... read more
