Since the merger, our local credit union has drastically gone downhill. SERVUS has implemented similar policies to BMO, TD, and CIBC. All nightmares to bank with. Our former Credit Union was 10X the financial institution. That said, my main concern is the well being of your employees. -The “at home call center” is trash. Put the employees back in the branch. I’ve been a Servus Credit Union member since 2012 and always appreciated their service—until recently. I received a mortgage renewal letter and was instructed to contact a representative. Despite calling multiple times over several days, I only got through once. A phone appointment was booked for July 30th at 4:00 PM, but no one ever called me back. Does have 24 hr/365 access to ATM with member card outside of business hours. No other client service. Closest full service locations are 1. Millwoods Road and 2. 99 st
Worst call center service I’ve ever experienced with a bank. The rep talked super fast, and when I politely asked her to repeat something, she got really impatient and rude. (I only asked once) I’ve called BMO, TD, and CIBC before, and never had an issue, but this was honestly shocking. The attitude was just terrible from start to finish. I don’t even know where to leave feedback, why isn’t there a call center rating system that actually affects their bonus or something?
