After burning my wood-stove for over 27 years, I was in need of Servpro’s excellent services. My fiancé (who was newly put on oxygen) was unable to enter my home, due to the buildup of smoke and soot that incased my walls, furniture, floors absolutely everywhere and everything. Do not use Servpro they take advantage of you and your insurance company at the time of disaster. I had a rental house fire and a representative showed up to the house a couple of hours after the fire to solicit for work. I didn't know anything about the clean up and restoration procedures. So I called them to do the demo of the interior damage. The workers were nice guys and the work took total of about 16 hours for 2 guys to finish. As soon as the demo was done Servpro wanted me to have the insurance Co. cut the check dire... read more
