Do not use Servpro they take advantage of you and your insurance company at the time of disaster. I had a rental house fire and a representative showed up to the house a couple of hours after the fire to solicit for work. I didn't know anything about the clean up and restoration procedures. So I called them to do the demo of the interior damage. The workers were nice guys and the work took total of about 16 hours for 2 guys to finish.
