Worst service. My project manager told me not to worry all I would have to pay is my deductible. They all are liars. Do not use them. They overcharged and now I have to make up the difference. I hope I find a class action suit against them.

I called ServPro after discovering my fathers house had flooded. The kind woman who answered the phone (after hours) was extremely helpful, she took my number and called back right away to inform me the crew would be out in an hour, even though it was well after 8pm. I call this service! The crew arrived and began work right away. They helped with everything, from moving all furniture out, to taking care of the insurance. Servpro of Turlock came out on a weekend and was able to dry out my in-laws house after the fridge water dispenser hose leaked. Their techs were knowledgeable, friendly and well trained. Will definitely recommend them
