Tony and his crew were VERY helpful, they answered all my questions (I had a lot) in a timely manor. They took very good care of our things when they had to pack our house out. I HIGHLY recommend them!
The owner of Servpro, Andy came to Phoenix, where I lived, and bought furniture from me. There was a tight deadline to take the furniture away which he met. He and his crew also loaded my rental moving van for me which was very helpful. I found Andy and his helper to be trustworthy and hard working. They were on time and very pleasant. So much of the transaction was completed over the phone and by email. He was honest and lived up to his word. I'm sure he must run his restoration business the same way!
First time having to deal with roots in my pipes. It was such a terrible experience. I called Servpro, and they came out that night. It was close to midnight, which was very surprising to me that they came out at the time. They were very professional and answered all of my questions along the way.
