I have received horrible customer service. First person that arrived to go over what needed to be done was good but stopped responding to my calls. First appointment made (9am) the tech never shows up. I call an hour after scheduled time (10am) and spoke with the office mgr (at least she claims to be a mgr). She had no idea why and asked to call me back. I get a call back an hour later (11am). She explained another truck is in route. I explained I could not wait any longer. Servpro has been extremely helpful in dealing with our water damage. They have helped us work with homeowners insurances to get our repairs covered. Javier Guadalupe was particularly helpful in answering all of questions.
