We experienced a major water pipe break beneath the concrete slab of our house. The water seeped through the slab, damaging the hardwood floors and soaking the lower portions of several drywall sections throughout the home. Our first call was to a plumber who promptly came to fix the leak. Our second call was to Servpro of Woodland Hills, CA, to handle the water damage mitigation. Brandon, Nathan and their crew guided us through a traumatic experience with so much consideration and empathy. Not only did they do an incredible job remediating, but at the end, Nathan handed us an envelope he found while cleaning with a large sum of cash in it. It was an Xmas present that had been left behind during evacuation. This says a lot about Nathan and his entire team. Thank you so much!!
