We hired ServPro to clean our apartment after we were hit by the 2025 Palisades fire. We were evacuated and didn’t have time to seal our windows, which caused a bunch of soot and ash to enter our home. ServPro sent out a great team led by Johnny. Over two days they cleaned every item we had and I’ve never seen the apartment so clean. Both Johnny and our Project Coordinator Raul were super communicative and helpful is such a stressful situation. We’re so thankful for their hard work and for helping us get back home.
Brandon and Servpro were amazing from the quoting process to the finishing touches they made sure everything was easy, clear and fast! I would recommend their service to anyone needing great service during a difficult situation. Our new Condo unit ended up having water damage and Brandon made sure to get us through the process and into or unit extremely fast.

Nice people and got mitigation done fast. BUT. I called and emailed 4 times for them to come out and start repairs and they ignored the work and never returned my call. Now I have to ask another contractor to come and work with my insurance and spending over an hour doing it with them.
