After multiple attempts to have servepro mediate my home, after months of communication, after months of telling them the job wasnt done properly, mold has began to grow in the room I had concerns with. I now have an entirely different company in here to fix what servpro didnt do. Colby came by today and finished up our water issue. He, Alex and Blake came last Thursday to start the process of water backing up in our storage closet from the septic. They told us what they would be doing and why. With grandchildren playing in this next room we now feel comfortable with the water back up issues we had.
