Servpro is not a great company. They are shady and unwilling to help. They say they are willing to train but that is far from the truth. All they are concerned about it women in construction. If you’re a male forget it do not apply here. You all should be ashamed of yourselves. Asked for help and never received it. Just got told I should know what I am doing.

I was surprised at so many good reviews. Then we found on their Facebook page under ServPro team Warnecki that they are bribing their customers with Stanley cups and Starbucks gift card drawings for their 5 star review. Explains a lot. Our dining room, kitchen and bathroom flooded 12/26/2023. We reached out to our insurance and they contacted ServPro to come out and dry everything up for us.
