Although they came out quickly, I've had to call them several times since the work has been "completed." They didn't treat for mold the way they should have. For instance, they should have taken all my belongings to treat, they took the livingroom belongings. They boxed up the rest, and left them stscked randomly. ServPro Virginia - We had a major pipe burst in a rental townhouse in Alexandria VA, on a Sunday morning. ServPro answered the phone immediately and quickly sent a crew out to mitigate further damage. They put out fans, dehumidifiers, took down the wet dry wall ceilings, removed damaged drywall and flooring and cleaned up the area.
