The people I spoke on the phone with were helpful but the actual workers who worked in my apartment were awful. They threw out things I told them to save (including sentimental items that are not replaceable), left my fridge unplugged so all my food rotted, and were incredibly disrespectful with how they packed up my belongings, including leaning a heavy mirror against an extremely expensive piece of art. David from Servpro was a gem to work with. He helped create a timely report for my housing court proceedings due to the water heater bursting and causing massive flooding in our apt. He provided guidance, recommendations and even said he would appear in court (thankfully we resolved it before it got there). Navon (David), never change and thanks again for being a big help during a difficult time

My wife Heidi and I wanted to thank and acknowledge the great work done by the Servpro Williamsburg, Greenpoint team to help save our home in Portland Oregon that was impacted by major water damage. Special mentions to Phil Caraciolo the overall project lead, to Joe Harrington the on-site lead and to team leader Juan Carlos. They were responsive, and went above and beyond to help mitigate the damage and prep the house for the rebuild phase.

Our 3-story home in Lake Oswego Oregon was heavily damaged by burst pipes during an ice storm in January 2024. Hot water and steam from a tankless hot water heater had poured through the main floor and finished basement for more than 24 hours, soaking floors, carpets, ceilings and furniture.
