David from Servpro was a gem to work with. He helped create a timely report for my housing court proceedings due to the water heater bursting and causing massive flooding in our apt. Our 3-story home in Lake Oswego Oregon was heavily damaged by burst pipes during an ice storm in January 2024. Hot water and steam from a tankless hot water heater had poured through the main floor and finished basement for more than 24 hours, soaking floors, carpets, ceilings and furniture. Servpro did a phenomenal job for us. They were timely, professional, fairly priced and did a very clean job. We had sewage in our basement from storms in MI. Phil and his team went above and beyond. Our basement was cleaned top to bottom, everything was moved and put back. They cut out damaged drywall without destroying what was still in tact. Our basement came out clean, dry and smelling good! Not to mention their customer service through out the process was great!! 10/10 recommend.
