My husband noticed a musty smell coming from the vent in our hallway and from a vent in the living room. He called SERVPRO to get an estimate for them to go under the house and investigate/clean the source of the odor. Mr. Burrows from the company came to our home to provide an estimate, accompanied by a young male employee. We love Servpro, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. Today we had Robert and Tyler come out to clean our carpets and they were professional and timely as always! Got a call beforehand to confirm the appointment and they provided their ETA. Super friendly gentlemen and they got our floors looking brand new in a timely fashion. We are always satisfied with the service, especially for the price, and will continue to use Servpro as our preferred cleaners!
I would like to thank the entire Wichita Falls,TX ServPro Team for the lightening fast response and the fantastic job cleaning up the mess when part of my house was flooded due to a water line leak. These people are wonderful , they came in and inspected everything and moved all the furniture from the room and boxed everything up. A few people came down, Tyler, Shawna and mathew came to move everything. Bradley and Kenneth inspected and set up the machines to dry everything up. Highly recommend.
