When the water team- Zack, Brandon and Kalen- showed up and I saw how much damage there was, I was overwhelmed. But they were kind and reassuring from the start. They explained everything clearly and jumped right in to get things handled. Packing out of my home was beyond stressful, but Alana, Ezra, Emily and Jay were amazing. Tyler and Robert talked us through the process and cleaned out a lot of water and lint buildup from when it snowed and we didn’t think about the snow potentially melting and getting into the vent pipes. Our dryer vent leads out to the roof, but they were able to work with it and came prepared with all the tools and equipment. The pricing was also better than two other companies that we reached out to.
