In July 2023 our house in north Pasadena burned so badly, one half of the interior was destroyed, and the roof and attic badly damaged. We had a water pipe leak in a pipe above one of our bedrooms. After clearing the mess and having the pipe fixed, we had to ensure the water damage was dealt with. We called ServPro and they came out immediately to inspect and begin a water damage mitigation plan. Over a few days, they ensured the walls, floors and attic space had dried up completely. I’m so grateful for my whole team at ServePro. The photos I’ve shared show just a glimpse of this journey—from the fire damage, to the construction process, and finally the after. Alexis was there from the start, helping to ease the stress of having to leave our home so unexpectedly. They are trying to charge me over $9000 for tarping the roof of our 1400sqf home. This is 300% over the industry standard and a clear example of price gouging during the Eaton Fire. Despite servpro's claim, no amount was pre-approved and unless they paid their laborers over $700/hour, their price is exorbitant.

The Serv--pro team did such a great job from beginning to end. They all had great communication and they were able to accommodate the repairs around my work schedule. Emmanuel Viera and his recon team were professional and were able to complete the job on schedule. I would also like to thank Jose and his water mitigating team (I think that’s what they call it), they were the ones who were also there from the very beginning.and communicated with me through every step. I am very happy with the results.
