Loved having the Servpro team help us repair our water damaged basement. They were efficient and communicative and in the end the space is even better than before the damage!
The ServPro Kensington team from the office staff to the water mitigation team to the rebuild team and hardwood floor refinisher have been exemplary! After a pipe burst in our kitchen the team was on site within hours to start demo and drying. Within one month our entire basement was put back to its original finished state and the 1st floor hardwoods replaced and restored. Highly recommend this team. The short story is that we had water damage and were extremely grateful for the quality of service and professionalism that general manager Nick and project manager Omar of Servpro provided in mitigation, assessment, and repair. We cannot imagine that you will find better attention to detail, experience and customer service in another provider.
