I contacted ServPro at the recommendation of my painters when I thought I detected mold as I was preparing the spaces for the painting. Testing was done, mold was detected, and ServPro came to do the remediation and eventual reconstruction after the paint job was done. The teams that came in both phases were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. I could not be more pleased with the job they did.
Had totally given up on carpet cleaning efforts and Servpro's team restored to a new immaculate look. Incredibly professional team with smiles and service delivery. I wouldn't consider anyone else to provide service at this level. Only star rating because that was maximum. Thank you Servpro!
