Honestly not great. Took about 8 months to complete a flooded condo. Horrible at responding. Workers consistently left messes in the house (old food everywhere, etc…). Did not cover furniture so dust over EVERYTHING. spoke a good game and didn’t live up to it. I hate leaving a bad review but the entire process was so cumbersome and still parts of the unit were “fixed” poorly. Just not a great experience. Some of the people were nice I’ll give them that. Called regarding a flooded basement. They were able to help me navigate through the process, arrived on time and did a thorough job with cleanup. They addressed all concerns with water removal and preventing mold growth. They also took care with moving personal items and preventing any damage. I was very impressed with the job and happy with the service provided, exceeded all expectations.

My family has used Karl's team several times over the years and the experience and results are always consistent... exceptional service, fast, high quality work and pleasant to work with. I also found much peace knowing that I had a team that managed the claims process for us. Karl and his staff are an A+ team of professionals who are not only knowledgeable but diligent and thorough. It is wonderful to see such loyalty to their customers and they show it by how they stand by their customer-first service approach. We have used them several times over the years to assist with professional cleanings (especially during COVID) and with a claim.
