Patrick and the crew of SERVPRO of Western Dutchess County were the consummate professional to work with. We had a heavily damaged family home from a broken pipe flood damage plus many years of wear-and-tear. We needed it repaired and updated to get on the market for sale. ServePro’s mitigation team is outstanding ( Jose Campos ) — fast, professional, and reliable. But their reconstruction department is an absolute nightmare. Communication is non-existent, pricing is outrageous, and the attitude from management is flat-out disrespectful. They make big promises, miss deadlines, and then ghost their clients when things go wrong. DO NOT HIRE!!!!! First, let me start by saying that Servpro was recommended by my insurance company. They not only did a TERRIBLE job by leaving half my floor soaking wet, which forced me to hire another company to address the issue, but the entire experience was beyond unprofessional and STRESSFUL! One of their employees used my toilet, knowing the water was shut off, and left it sitting there for days.
