Man where do I start with these guys. I had a housefire about 2 years back and servpro came in to do the restoration. My house needed to have full restoration and they took the job. I had to check on everything they did as they are very deceiving and the material they were trying to use was the cheapest in the market. The subcontractors they hire didnt look like they knew what they were doing and half the time half assed the job…from tiles to Attic insulation, to new gutters they installed. We couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome of the work of the personnel that contributed to the success of the restoration of the lower level of our townhouse following the rupture of our water tank. From the pack out to the remediation, ending with the talented reconstruction team and the move back in everyone involved was totally professional in their demeaner and specific skill sets. A truly excellent organization.

I am very unhappy with Servpro of Western Dutchess County. The team came on Monday and did a fairly decent job cleaning. The advance person was looking for water damage. There was none. So, job’s done. They leave. I go down to get a tool and notice a huge hole in the foundation which I did not know was there. I checked on the work periodically during the day and no one mentioned the hole. So, I have the mason come today and he replaces 5 (5!) concrete blocks. Looks great. Patrick and his team were wonderful. Patrick communicated everything step by step. And his team was respectful and left the site clean when done. I am very pleased.
