Never met such an unprofessional team. Dealt with countless issues and requested to speak with the General Manager, John, who was rude and seemed unaware of what his team was handling. Further asked to speak with the owner, Jeremey, who seemed helpful at first. We talked through the issues, and he promised to deal with everything personally.
