Scammers! Servpro takes advantage of homeowners in bad situations. They will lie to your face and claim they did more than what was actually completed. Luckily I work from home, so I was able to monitor work completed. They also were sloppy and caused damage to other areas of my home. David told me his customers are dumb and laughed about it. Go anywhere else and don’t hire these dishonest, unprofessional, scammers. Update: They send a corporate reply to this but made no attempt to contact me or help. Hire anyone but them.

STAY AWAY!!! This comapny loves to milk your insurance company by keeping their equipment longer than it needs to be. The site supervisor NEVER came to my house!! Why have a title of site supervisor if you dont go to the site?!?! And they broke seven items of mine and only replaced one!! I was being more then generous by asking for ONLY 2 items to be replaced but they since then have gone ghost...
