I had serious water damage to my house and the crew at ServPro walked me through the whole nightmarish process to restore my house. Highly professional and incredibly compassionate. They were a God send!
Scammers! Servpro takes advantage of homeowners in bad situations. They will lie to your face and claim they did more than what was actually completed. Luckily I work from home, so I was able to monitor work completed. They also were sloppy and caused damage to other areas of my home. David told me his customers are dumb and laughed about it. Go anywhere else and don’t hire these dishonest, unprofessional, scammers. Update: They send a corporate reply to this but made no attempt to contact me or help. Hire anyone but them.
