Cant give even give one star. I can say they contracted to clean for 4 hours but were only there 2 hours for a total of $728.00. That amounts to $364.00 Per each one of the two girls. Their job could have been done by any 12 year old that could have done a much better job. I feel like i was scammed and would never recommend Servpro for any clean up job. Nancy Cox
They helped by referring me to Leak Detection & Mold Joe …..but after they gave me there own estimate ….I called numerous times to ask questions about starting the restoration process. This is day two & I’m still waiting for the return call. I hired another company!
Amazing staff from the office to ownership. Melina and Celine were such a pleasure to work with. Alex and Danny were field techs that were responsive and informative. Tyler and Melissa along with Jason’s oversight educated me with estimate and what it looks like to insurance company for their portion of responsibility. Great experience. I recommend this group to anyone. Thank you Servpro of West Palm Beach.
