Daniel, Charles, Israel, & Andres were amazing! A neighboring unit had a pipe burst and it flooded into ours. They came so quickly after I called and immediately got to work. They were so professional and really took care of our home as if it were theirs. They worked hard to salvage as much of our stuff as possible. We could not have taken care of this ourselves and we are so grateful for their expertise. I would recommend their services again and again!

BEWARE!! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. DESTROYED MY DAUGHTERS HOUSE AND WANT $30,000 TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER! AND THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE A WRITTEN DOCUMENT OF WHAT WAS DONE. SHADY AF! Response to response from owner... It's under my daughters name (SMH)

I can’t speak highly enough about Claudy from ServPro! He truly went above and beyond during his visit today performing a visual inspection of the mold in my apartment. Claudy's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to customer care is exceptional. Terrible experience would rate 0/5 if I could. Claudy from Servpro is the worst inspector and charged us $1600 to not find the root cause of the mold issue and only bring air purifiers in which doesn’t do anything when they didn’t find the water leak and the very noticeable water damage that I had to find on my own. If you have mold never call them all they try to do is overcharge and not even remove and actually remediate the mold. Cant give even give one star. I can say they contracted to clean for 4 hours but were only there 2 hours for a total of $728.00. That amounts to $364.00 Per each one of the two girls. Their job could have been done by any 12 year old that could have done a much better job. I feel like i was scammed and would never recommend Servpro for any clean up job. Nancy Cox
