The only good thing about my experience was poor Debbie who answered 95% of my very upset calls and tried to help me the best she could. The storm team came out and wrote me an estimate, we had to wait two weeks to hire Servpro while we were waiting on insurance to figure out if they were going to cover the cost for storm damage I’m sure lots of people were dealing with this. I had a fire. They seemed great at first. Very friendly, helpful, and informative. They were first on site and boarded up windows promptly for my landlord. Then they put a key lock box on our door so contractors could come and go. The power was shut off to the house because of the fire, so my security cameras weren't operating. Within a few days, thousands of dollars of my belongings in the basement went missing.
