Terrible terrible terrible company. When dealing with water damage there are better options than Servpro. The company over charges and there is a long delay with beginning a project. If you have a discrepancy with billing the individual who handles invoices will avoid your calls. I have been calling the company for a week with no return call. My elderly handicap neighbor hired Servpro 7 months ago and the date to begin the project has been postponed several times. As of today Servpro has yet to begin restoration on her home.... read more
