Hired for mold remediation. See pics for how they left our bed covered in mold dust and black chunks. Claimed all our clothes were contaminated and didn't need to be protected during remediation. Then they cleaned everything using a "subcontractor" with 20% markup, which was just another Servpro branch in Marion. I should have just worked with that branch directly. Servpro of West Evansville was awesome! We called after a tornado tore off the roof of our 2 story commercial building. We called Servpro and they showed up the next day, made an assessment, formed a game plan that saved our facility! They were well equipped. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, top to bottom. If We could give Servpro West Evansville a 10 star rating we would.
