My experience with SERVPRO was very positive. A pipe burst in my basement and my insurance got me in contact with them and they came out to my home right away. After assessing the water remediation, they came out and did the work as soon as the next day. They are an extremely understanding and professional!
We had an ice dam on our roof due to the cold weather we were having. Our insurance sent Servpro to mitigate any water damage. David came out promptly and was extremely nice and thorough. He was quite knowledgeable about the situation. Since there was no water damage, he didn’t even charge us for the house call. I would recommend David (Lamp) any time you have any water damage or need someone to inspect.
Servpro did a great job removing the moisture on our floor after our icemaker broke and ruined our floor. We were very happy with their service. They were professional and courteous.
