I was a little disappointed in the beginning of my service. The water crew came out, but did very little as far as cleaning and drying out the bathroom. They were supposed to be here at 9:30 showed up closer to 12 o’clock. They only stayed about an hour and a half to two hours. Tim came back the next day for measurements also about an hour visit, It looked as if nothing was getting done. Donna Schultz, Fire Manager, was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me about what they would be doing. Teresa worked with Donna and they did a wonderful job. The Water crew was Tim and Ethan. They were very friendly and nice. They did a great job. The room smelled so fresh. Thanks to all of you.
