My experience with Servpro was nothing short of a nightmare. Their “typical” business practice set back the timeline of my home re-build by months. We had a waste water backup in our office. Janel, Amilcar and Hugo did a fantastic job cleaning all our restrooms and floors. Highly professional, prompt, and polite. Jose the production manager and John the owner very responsive. Customer satisfaction is their priority.
Janel and his entire crew were great, very careful and meticulous. Got everything back in our house, setup and placed exactly where we wanted it and not a single scratch of the freshly stained hardwood floors. Very appreciative and thankful for him and his crew.
