Quick, professional, answered any questions, made sure I was satisfied with every phase of work he was doing when he completed it. Toby (spelling?) Is an amazing part of the servpro team out of waxahatchie, It would be a horrible mistake for servpro to loose him in my opinion.

We had a sewer backup and cover a large section of the house. Toby and Austin came quickly and knew exactly how to handle the problem They got everything dried out and the whole time they were here they were very nice. They were very good with our 3 dogs..

Austin is a remarkable employee and does awesome work. He is meticulous about removing existing cabinetry with as little damage as possible, he leaves the area neat, he’s extremely courteous and explains everything that he’s doing. He is an asset to Serve Pro.

They violated me went through all my papers my clothes were not cleaned and smoke was on everything and they charged me for it they messed up my dry cleaner clothes and I can't find my 2 laptop computer and most of my legal paperwork like family death and birth certificates and I don't know they were taking everything and it took 3 weeks to get it back and they only went through m
