Jen answered the phone and did a fantastic job of getting me help quick. She was very knowledgeable and thorough. Luke and Courtney showed up to actually help me take care of my flooded basement. I was very overwhelmed with where to start with cleanup or how to proceed. All of the staff were very professional and explained everything. They were also empathetic and understood how hard it is to deal with such an unexpected incident. I highly recommend their services.
I couldn’t be happier with the service from Ashley in the office and from Randy who came out to my house. Randy was courteous , timely, thorough, and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend Servpro in Johnson City to any of my friends and family.
