SERVPRO quickly responded to the call from our church to solve an unexpected water issue .... they were here in just about an hour. Mike and Courtney evaluated our situation and immediately got to work on a plan of action. While there are still a couple of unresolved items, their drying machines have been working around the clock to draw out the unwanted moisture from carpets and tiles. We know that they will complete the job in an efficient and timely manner. Many thanks to SERVPRO for doing an outstanding job.

We had a water line break in the middle of the night. We woke up to several inches of water on our main level and flooding into our basement. I was surprised and thankful they answered the phone at 2am. This happened Saturday night. They spent so much time trying to arrange for a crew to get to us in the middle of the snow storm. Megan and Luke arrived Sunday morning and have been answered prayers helping us navigate this mess! So far, we recommend 10/10!

We had an absolute horrible situation at home with a skunk. Leaving a horrible smell in our home. My daughter called ServePro for me and they were an absolute blessing. They came and jumped right in working. Worked as hard as anyone could work. Megan and Billy were amazing. It’s was only about 5 degrees outside and they didn’t seemed to mind that at all!
