I can not get an invoice from them to submit to my insurance company even after four requests. They charged my credit card and are not responding.
BEWARE they are SCAMMERS. What was already a stressful time in my life having to leave my home Servpro made it a hundred times more stressful. They are very unprofessional they will charge up the bill without telling you what they are doing in your own house. I have hundreds of emails going back and forth with the owner Dion and his unprofessional nasty sister that runs the office Julie. They put charges on their invoices for services never performed.
