What a great company. We have never dealt with mold removal before. Jose and Manual Jr. Made the process so much easier. They were so professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Both were so careful to not scratch walls or floors,shut doors quietly behind them. They were always on time and made sure before they left to check with us for any questions. We appreciated all the excellent work we received from the entire ServPro of Visalia team to help extract water when our bathroom was accidentally flooded. Both Leo and Eric did exceptional, hard, work with thoroughness and efficiency to remove damaged materials from our master bathroom which included the shower, vanity and part of the carpet. Just want to shout out about Leo and Chase! They were so helpful and courteous to us it was absolutely amazing.
