March of 2021-November 2023. Had a house fire which was devastating. Called Servpro of ************** and to my dismay they turned out to do MORE damage than the fire and the fire department. The owner *********************** held our property hostage to make sure he was paid. We received broken, NOT cleaned (but wrapped) items and items were STOLEN!
