I was charged for an estimate, they came out and said the estimate would take 3 business days. When they were in my home I told them all I want is walls cleaned in part of the home due to tobacco use from the previous owner. They told me they had to give an estimate for all rooms but I could edit it once I receive the full estimate. I was thinking a few thousand… I got the estimate for over $31k! Absolutely ridiculous. Mold was growing i'm bathroom from a slow leak, so l called SERVPRO of Davis. they contained it safely and did a thoroung job. Overall a good experience
