We had a water leak from our dishwasher that leaked under our wood floors in the kitchen. Servpro came out , saw the problem right away. Throughly informed us about what had to happen. They setup two fans and a dehumidifier to dry out the floor. They needed to keep coming out to measure the water level. Once the water was dry, they removed their equipment. At that point, we were able to contact our contractor. Servpro representatives were always professional and worked around our schedule. Thank you Servpro.

My experience with ServPro was very positive. I received a quote over the phone so work could begin quickly, and got a written quote later. The technicians were polite, professional, and communicated well. Work was done as expected and on-time, and coordinating with the plumber was no problem.
