EDIT TO ASK SERVPRO: I had called. Someone by the name of Christine refused to answer very basic questions before shouting “I DONT HAVE TO ANSWER TO YOU”. DO YOU PERMIT WORKERS TO USE RESIDENTS PERSONAL ITEMS FOR THE JOB? THERE ARE ITEMS VERIFIED STOLEN. THE MGMT COMPANY HIRED YOU TO REMOVE BIOHAZARD. Absolutely mortifying. Hired by the property management, Rose Associates, for my apartment, in came a crew of non-english speaking adults claiming to be able to comprehend but clearly unable to. Their documentation, credentials, and any other ability beyond eradication and clearance are suspect. Update: there was a second attempt with a new crew. I counted 7 people for a 2 person job. Jhon and his team did a wonderful job. The entire space was left spotless, clean, organized, and smelling fresh. Their attention to detail was greatly appreciated, and everything looked excellent once they were finished.

Exercise caution when dealing with salesmen who may engage in deceptive practices. The salesman in question assured me that they would not perform any work on my property. They claimed that I was not required to pay anything and that if I decided to file an insurance claim, the insurance company would cover the cost of Servpro after a period of five or six months. However, we subsequently received debt collectors demanding payment of $4,500.
