Exercise caution when dealing with salesmen who may engage in deceptive practices. The salesman in question assured me that they would not perform any work on my property. They claimed that I was not required to pay anything and that if I decided to file an insurance claim, the insurance company would cover the cost of Servpro after a period of five or six months. However, we subsequently received debt collectors demanding payment of $4,500.

Hired Servpro to deal with some smoke damage in my apartment. Their team, led by Eric, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative. They did a full survey, gave us a quote, and then promptly did the cleaning/repairs. They even went above and beyond and cleaned other small things that we had forgotten to request. Highly recommend calling them if you are dealing with damage from a fire.

I had some pretty bad water damage in my apartment that was severely impacting my life. I called up Servpro to help me out, and with the help of Wesley I got my bedroom back in working order. He was very empathetic and understanding of my situation which really helped not only to ease the situation, but also just felt good to have a real person there to fix my problem. I'd be glad to point anybody to Servpro if they're ever in need of restoration services and have them ask personally for Wesley.

Thanks to these guys I don’t need to stay at my friends house another night lmaoo. No offense to her but Servpro saved me and tom is the best! I had a sink overflow and I left my apartment without realizing it was on. Talk about a disaster when I got back home. Another tenant told me about Servpro and they came right away to save the day. Awesome job again and thanks!
