When we discovered a mold issue in our recently renovated kitchen we reached out to ServePro of Upper Cape Cod and the Islands. They had a team on site quickly to determine the source of the problem, remove the mold and the damage to our cabinets and walls and floors, and to coordinate replacement of all needed materials. They handled everything including coordination with our insurance. We now have our kitchen back, looking as good if not better than before. Thank you to the entire team at ServePro.
Horrible service, they don't return calls or want to get involved in insurance claims even if that claim was approved. Good luck trying to get Jason to even acknowledge your calls or emails.

I was very pleased with every communication that I had with the office staff. Scheduling and payment was a breeze. They accommodated my work schedule. The Project Manager's job inspection went well and the proposed work with cost estimates and options were detailed and easy to interpret.
