We had 3 feet of water in the basement of a commercial building. It wasn’t noticed until the mold and mildew smell began to creep upstairs. Servpro came in and removed about 100 water logged ruined boxes of files and shelving, removed standing water and debris and magically got it clean and odor free. Communications from Kristy were quick and frequent. We had an estimate within 2-3 days approved by our insurance. We highly recommend this company.
When I had a flood in my basement Servpro's emergency service was very quick in responding. The phone operator and workers were polite and helpful.

They had a team on site quickly to determine the source of the problem, remove the mold and the damage to our cabinets and walls and floors, and to coordinate replacement of all needed materials.
