RUN. If I could give them zero I would. They came out and destroyed our bilco door, our only emergency egress within our basmeent that now doesnt work. Then tried to blame us saying it was old and rusted through. May have been old but it worked just fine before they forced it open, broke the hinge off and bent it, then proceeded to jump up and down on it to "get it closed" (which if it was "rusted through" wouldn't he have fell through?). Andrea, LeRon, T, Scott, and Chris did a fantastic job cleaning soot from every room in our 4BR house which was caused by an incompetent chimney cleaner. They were pleasent, hard working, and always had our best interest at heart. Will and the office staff worked directly with our insurance company to expedit the remediation process. We highly recommend ServPro.

Servpro’s restoration team - lead by supervisor Andrea - was extremely professional and efficient. Andrea is so helpful and understanding. She made a difficult situation much more bearable. Highly recommend her and her team.
