I could not say more positive things about my experience working wirh Brian and his crew. We had a major septic issue where septic backed up into our house. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with David from SERVPRO. When our bathroom flooded and water came through our kitchen ceiling, we panicked and had no idea what to do. David arrived and immediately made us feel like everything was under control. He set up the fans and dehumidifiers, walked us through the process, and took the time to answer every question and concern we had. I just had Dave and his fellow on-call coworker (can't remember his name, sorry man!), finish up with emergency services after hours. My water heater decided to turn my finished basement, which includes a home theater, bar (under construction), and my office, into a swamp. The guys were very polite, good communicators, and very professional. As a former director of marketing for a privately owned restoration company, I would be fortunate to have these two on my crew! We Just got as far as the assessment after a failed sump pump left water in our basement. We were impressed by Ali‘s presentation on the phone. She was professional, attentive and listened to what was needed. our holds were brief When she needed to clarify and answer for our questions. Her follow up was timely. The work was done at my mother's house, and I was the point of contact yet lived over an hour away. She got water in her finished basement. Rug needed removed, some furniture removed and I was concerned about mold. I mostly talked with Ashleigh in the office and she was very responsive. She provided a lot of information and guidance through the insurance process. I was always told when someone was coming and they were flexible in scheduling.
