SERVPRO of Upper Bucks Destroyed Our Historic Home—And Still Hasn’t Fixed It, 4 Months Later We hired SERVPRO of Upper Bucks, N.W. Hunterdon County (Servpro Team McCabe) for a small, two-day mold remediation job in the attic of the 1920s historic farmhouse we had just purchased in Riegelsville, PA. Serv pro made my disaster of feeling like my house would be condemned after a pipe burst to making it look better than it dis before the water leak. Matt was personable and quick to answer any questions and ensure I had the selections I wanted for my reconstruction. Kim called me every week to ensure I knew progression of the reconstruction and where I was with the insurance company and the bank. Matt and Kim from ServPro could not have been more professional or knowledgeable. I was made aware of everything that was happening with my HO claim throughout the entire process. Matt was onsite often throughout the repairs, which was very reassuring. They were both very caring and helpful and I would most certainly use them again!

Joe, Keith and their team got the job done! A misdiagnosed plumbing issue during an inspection created water damage to portions of my kitchen flooring and basement. Joe came to my home immediately after I called and thoroughly explained what steps needed to be taken to remediate the effected areas.
