Just wow!!! I have had the occasion to use a ServPro franchise many times in the past in a different state. They were ok - BUT these guys in BLUE RIDGE, GA were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! On Friday afternoon, a pipe popped off the top my 40 gal water heater and yes - it was the hot water feed! As the water was scalding hot, I couldn't reach the shut off without being burned, and I couldn't reach the water main outside to shut it off. I just want to say what a wonderful job. Austin has been so professional and just on top of his stuff. It was an apartment fire with major water damage and they were there from day one til the end !!!! Would highly recommend them for anyone or any issues.

We experienced a sewage back up Monday night and Ricky was on site within an hour. Ricky and his crew immediately got to work and within a few hours they had the site cleaned and their equipment in place to dry out the affected areas. Today is Friday and they are removing their equipment and the construction company will be here Monday to give us quote to repair the bathroom. If it wasn't for Ricky I think the stress level for my wife and I would have been astronomical. He eased our stress about the situation and assured us ... read more
