We've used SERVPRO three times now for water damage, and they'll always be first on our list to call for remediation service. They've always done a great job, and they work directly with our insurance.
I found this company online because I suspected there was black mold in the house. They responded quickly and made an appointment. Maria Doria, Junior Doria and Ismael and Eli Connell who was the team leader put the project together and after a deposit they very quickly removed the mold in a very professional manner. I was amazed at the speed and the meticulas job that was done. I would give them five stars. The company is ServPro in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Junior was here at our Elkhorn residence yesterday. He conducted a furnace/duct cleaning. In addition to being thorough and professional he was considerate and amiable. We will certainly use this company again.
