Update after company's response: I wasn't asking for a quote on the entire repair. I understand no one can see through walls or see any damage that may or may not be present with out further disassembly. I wanted a printed report of the findings and recommendations to move forward, which I was willing to pay for, to help me progress with the repairs and all I heard about was how I didn't need that and that they were busy with insurance claims regarding water damage.
