Do not let Servpro into your home! After our home had water damage our insurance sent in Serpro. They are horrible, treat you bad, are totally unproffesssional, and send in unqualified people who will do a horrible job. I tried to contact corporate several times to discuss problems with the franchise I was working with out of Gaylord MI and was always told someone would call me back. No one ever called back.
