We had sewer backup this weekend, which was a real problem because my husband has a broken leg and is trapped on that floor because he can't do stairs. It was a mess! Jerome and Craig were super! They came, were very personable and extremely helpful. They did a great job. The power washer on their truck broke and instead of leaving us high and dry, they cleaned the bathroom by hand and did a great job. Jerome and his team saved the day! Jerome was professional, timely, knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to note everything we were concerned about and made sure all was done properly. This is regards to my parents home. They have both recently passed away. The home has considerable cigarette smoke stains. Jordan came out to assess the home and told me he needed to chat with his manager. At the time I was under the impression that was regarding wallpaper that had stained. I was referred to servepro after our pipes froze and burst. Both Samantha, in the office, and James, who did the mitigation and demo, were absolutely wonderful! James was accessible and prompt.
