I’m really disappointed with the experience we’ve had with Serve Pro. They came by to assess our project nearly two months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, we still haven’t received a quote or any kind of update. It’s frustrating to be left in the dark after taking the time to coordinate the initial visit. We expected better communication and professionalism, especially from a company with their reputation.
Fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. They had to move a lot of stuff and did it remarkably well.
Rich and his team were always professional, on time and did an exceptional job overall. In a time of need, it was reassuring to have a qualified person to help us.
We had a pipe burst on the second floor, and it was a mess. Servpro came in a timely manner, everyone was efficient and friendly. Next time my house burns down or gets flooded, I’m definitely calling Servpro!
