We recently experienced some water damage in our home from an ice maker water line. Servpro showed up that same day and got everything under control for us. So I had a review up of improper and dangerous work performed here before I bought the house that noted a major load bearing column that was warped to the point of failure that servpro left in place and trimmed around.
