ServePro Stone Oak has a very professional staff with experience to match. Gabriel, Paul , Michael and the others did an awesome job. They worked with my schedule and were very careful with my furniture and belongings. They made sure to clean up as they worked, leaving a very clean environment. Gabriel and Paul always explained the process each day. Meghan was very helpful explaining the paperwork. This is a very good company to help with the stress that comes from unexpected home damage! I helped Ann Cunningham who is physically disabled arrange for water removal in the middle of the night . Servpro responded immediately and stay at her house until after 3 am. They returned the next two days to insure all was drying. Alicia, Christian and Michelle were amazing. There was another gentleman that came the first night, but I do not remember his name. Great service and extremely helpful in a stressful situation Thank you!

These it’s are amazing. They calmly help you through every step of what would otherwise be a very stressful situation. Not a salesperson among them. They simply jump into action and help you through the emergency.
