We had a wonderful experience with Ramiro and his team! They were prompt with our initial call to address our leak. He and his team worked fast and well to clean and dry the area. Great customer service and efficient work. Highly recommend!
Ram and his team did such a great job with the issue we had in our home. He was very open and honest and gave us all the details we needed and some we didn't even know we needed!. He walked us through the steps before they were taken to make sure we were ok and understood all of it. Kept in contact with us the whole time and his team was incredibly neat and clean given they were demo-ing an entire first floor.
We had a washing machine issue that flooded our dining room and kitchen. We sucked up all the water pretty quickly with the help of a few neighbors, and called SERVPRO of Stone Oak to help with drying. They showed up quickly with their blower and dehumidifier machines to help dry the effected areas. Their machines worked very well and their staff were all very professional. They respected the owner and clearly liked working for the company. Highly recommend.

I went through a stressful time with fiberglass contamination in my unit and I called Servpro for help. Paul and his team were so professional and amazing! They made this stressful and difficult time easier, especially as a mom with a 7yr old and a newborn I was concerned for my kids wellbeing. They came immediately, were very informative and ensured the fiberglass was well clean.
