I recently had significant water damage that i noticed around midnight. I called SERVPRO Stone Oak and they were on site with equipment within the hour. I can’t say enough good things about the support Ram and Nic have given my family through the process. Fantastic experience with this team!
We returned from a 9 day vacation to a flooded home. Nic with Servepro was amazing in the emergency services and the follow up after. He always kept me in the loop and helped me understand the process. I had never dealt with a flood experience and his patience and communication with me just made a difficult process a little lighter to handle.
