We had an unfortunate water issue at our home. Brandon and his team of guys (Bill and Jerry) came in and took control! I couldn't believe what they got done in just a few hours. I trust that the job was done with care and respect for personal property. If we could put 0 stars I would. My disabled mother had a devastating house fire and contracted SERVPRO for cleanup and restoration on 5/7/24. Initially they communicated completion in 90 days, then it was Christmas '24 and now they will not communicate a completion date. Over a year later, and she is still displaced from her home with no estimated timeline for completion. Due to her disability, this process has been very difficult for her to navigate and we feel SERVPRO is taking advantage of the situation.
