Can you believe they are forcing my husband to sign a release form that ties money to removing a Google Review? One can only assume that a lot of good reviews here are because bad ones are forced off by holding money hostage! Unbelievable, dishonest, and dirty. I give 2 stars because Pablo and the remediation team were truly good people and did great work. 5-stars for the Mitigation Team — but avoid the PackOut Team at all costs. The mitigation crew was professional, respectful, and truly 5-star. Unfortunately, the PackOut large-item team was the opposite: unprofessional, careless, and aggressive. They caused over $4,000 in damages (including $3,000 to my brand-new flooring), scraped walls, and handled valuable items roughly. I had water come into my basement and needed restoration services including reinstallation of drywall and paint. Everyone involved from the representative providing the estimate to the contractors doing the work was timely, professional, and did great work. My basement looks identical to before the water intrusion. Jose Amaya, the construction superintendent, was particularly helpful. Would recommend SERVPRO to anyone dealing with water intrusion.
