DO NOT USE!!! I had tenants flood my upstairs bathroom & being new to area they popped up on search. After guarantees for 2 days the pressure you into forcing their way & pressuring that you need repairs. Once repairs were ongoing/finished we heard nothing and had to reach out multiple times for status. Through this whole process the would not provide any estimates or range - which should have been my exit, but it needed to get done. I recently dealt with a major water damage situation, and I cannot recommend the team at Servpro enough. Kelly, Nick, Justin, and Derrick (and their entire crew) were absolute professionals from start to finish. We had a 5 gallon bucket of paint spring a leak in our garage. It was a shock when my wife found it. I had always seen ServePro advertised so I knew this problem was something I couldn’t handle. I immediately called ServePro of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs and described my problem. They scheduled a cleanup right away. Their work was excellent. I give them a 10 out of 10. Would definitely use again.
