I sought help from SERVPRO and was disappointed to say the least. The company was initially responsive in getting back to me, arranging for a project manager to visit my house within a few days of my call but after that initial visit, the project manager and company totally ghosted me and failed miserably at being responsive to even the most basic inquiries. What a terrible company they should be ashamed of themselves! Hurricane Ida and Horizon Village residents lost their basements. We were told this Company would try to assist and give everyone a little break since our insurance will not cover. Instead they came back and said they would rather do private homes so they could get more money. Disgusting!! I myself run businesses on the island and would never treat people like this. Whatever you do stay away!!!
